History
Decor Elan was officially founded in 2005 as the result of the combination of an interior design company and a small drapery workroom. The partners, Robin Lattinville and Jennifer Payne, together have nearly a decade of experience in the home design and window fashions industry. They are members of the Window Coverings Association of America, and are the only designers in the area to offer the Exciting Windows! brand of service and product guarantees.

As both sisters and business partners, Robin and Jennifer bring a very special energy to every project they have the privilege of designing. Robin is a Certified Interior Designer, and has the ability to visualize the finished project in great detail. She is also skilled at imparting this vision to clients via detailed sketches, full design boards, and carefully coordinated color schemes.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and has a lifetime of sewing experience. She has been designing and creating custom window treatments for the past three years. Together, and with their brother Joe, who helps with installations, this family has the talent, education, experience, and professionalism to help you realize your design dreams! |
